Salvaje

Salvaje

Country: Chile
Region: Casablanca Valley
Winemaker: César Morales

Salvaje means savage; as in a spirit or a way of doing things. It’s a strong tie to nature and the earth; it’s about maintaining a pure and natural state. In this area of the Casablanca Valley, the cooling effect of the Humboldt current offshore helps the slow and even ripening of the grapes. Salvaje is a certified organic wine, made with handpicked grapes, no added sulfites, native yeast and the product of meticulous vineyard management. A close relationship with the environment that allows the maximum expression of the terroir.
